Late this afternoon, the boss of several of the HCAs (including my own) rocks up to the clinic where I am training.  Ostensibly she had a meeting with their HCA.  Whatever.  Anyway, she seeks me out in the lab area and proceeds to tell me how excited she is that I'm training there, that I'm taking on the lab responsibilities at my clinic, yadda ( Read more... )
